In this component, the stakeholders will focus on creating a resilient village-habitation that can assess, address, and recover from disasters and climate change-induced risks. A resilient village ensures uninterrupted access to basic social services such as water, sanitation, food, health, education, housing and fodder as well as shelter for cattle.
